THIS FREE WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:

You suffer with back pain or leg pain when you stand or walk.

You have pain when you sit for long periods or drive.

You experience pain, numbness or tingling into your butt, groin, or down your leg.

“I injured my back 14 months ago. The pain and discomfort affected me every day. I attempted “self-therapy” via YouTube for about 6 months to no avail, and in fact, the pain was worse. I tried chiropractic for 3 months with some short-term gains, but no sustaining progress. I also went to my family doctor who only prescribed pain meds, which again provided no long-term benefits. About 3 months ago, I began treatment at Summit Physical Therapy with Kevin Kostka. After an initial evaluation he explained in detail the root cause of my pain and our treatment plan. Each session was positive, progressive and painless. Furthermore, the sessions were educational, and I now, for the first time, understand what caused my pain and how to prevent future injury. Overall, Summit provided a fantastic experience, and I am back to enjoying my back.”

“Summit has completely helped me recover from lower back pain, which began 9 weeks ago to the day. When the pain first began, I was immobile and completely dependent on my husband to help me with everyday tasks. My goal with PT was to not only return to my previous level of normal activity but to return to my fitness routine. I’m so happy to say that Summit has helped me achieve both! I also now have some tools to take with me should the pain ever start to creep back. Thank you all so much!”
